- The option on the room will expire if the deposit is not received within one week. Please specify the name communicated at the time of booking and the dates of your booking in Andalo in the details.
- The payment of the balance will be made before the night prior to your departure date; we accept cash, debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
Cancellation of reservation:
In case of an unfortunate cancellation, here are the conditions we will apply:
- Free rescheduling of reservation up to 50 days before arrival (voucher usable within 1 year - no return of deposit)
- For cancellation from 49 to 14 days before the start date of the stay the deposit will not be returned (art. 1385 civil code)
- For cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival a penalty of 60% of your stay will be charged (deducting the deposit already paid)
- In case of early departure or late arrival the actual cost of the unused days will be charged.
Contingencies before leaving are always lurking especially if you are traveling with children; therefore we recommend insuring 100% of the amount of your vacation by spending 4.8%; information/conditions and activation to be done within 48 hours of booking at https://www.care4uhotel.com/en/buy
General conditions:
- Arrival/departure: check in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival and check out is at 10:00 on the day of departure.
- Tourist tax: you are advised that a tourist tax to the value of €2.00 per day per person up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights came into effect in Trentino from 1 Nov 2015. Children under 14 are exempt. The tourist tax is not included and possibly is to be paid in cash at the time the balance is paid.
- Important: Smoking is forbidden within the structure and the apartments in accordance with national law.
